Shipping and Returns Policy
Once an order is confirmed, Mahath Foods Private Limited (hereafter - Terrapure) shall not accept any return / refund request. However, in certain below mentioned situations, we shall be happy to provide you a replacement.
In case of Damaged product
- Terrapure needs to be notified of damaged product within 24 hours from the time of delivery through email at info@terrapure.in.
- Please do mention the order number / invoice number and provide image of the outer box and the clear image of the damaged product.
- In case of multiple shipments, only the affected product shall be returned and replaced.
- E-mail shall be responded to maximum within 2 working days and full assistance shall be provided thereafter.
In case of Spoiled product
- Terrapure needs to be notified of the spoilage within 07 (seven) days from the delivery date through e-mail at info@terrapure.in
- Please do mention the order number / invoice number and provide image of the outer box and the clear video and image of the spoiled product.
- We shall not be able to provide replacement in case of variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma, as our products are purely natural and mostly made by hands, hence two different batches may not be identical. We do not make any compromises in the natural production processes. We are committed to using the best and natural ingredients and ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained.
- Any spoiled product shall be replaced only after due investigation and diligence.
In case of Wrong product received
- Terrapure needs to be informed of the wrong item received within 24 hours of the delivery.
- Please do mention the order number / invoice number and provide image of the outer box and the clear image of the wrong product received by you.
- We shall immediately arrange pick up of the wrong item and arrange delivery of the item ordered by you.
Shipping and Delivery
Please note that “Free Shipping” shall apply only if specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.
Our Shipping policies are as under:
- Complete postal address including PIN code, email id and a mobile number is essential to ship your order and communicate the dispatch details.
- The ordered item shall be despatched within 3 working days, subject to availability of the article in stock.
- If some of the ordered items are not in stocks, then we shall try to get them produced and dispatch within 10 days. You are free to cancel the item not in stock at your discretion, any time before it has been despatched.
- As soon as shipment is despatched, we shall email you the tracking details.
- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances from our courier partners and the transporters due to vagaries of weather or transport and or any strikes.
- Terrapure reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal / financial details provide by the customer.
